Andy’s Story
Built on decades of hands-on remodeling experience.
Andy began his remodeling career in 1997, first working in exterior remodeling before moving into interior renovation. Over the years, he learned from respected Greater Cleveland craftsmen, project managers, and remodeling professionals.
He founded AD Remodel in 2018. Today, Andy leads project planning, estimating, scheduling, construction, and project management—giving homeowners a single, accountable point of contact throughout the build.
Katie’s Story
Design expertise that makes every decision feel connected.
Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2007. Her experience includes kitchen and bath design, flooring, tile, paint consultation, and window treatments.
She guides clients through cabinetry, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, finishes, and selections—helping each choice support the larger vision for the space.

When Katie joined Andy in 2021, AD Remodel became AD Remodel & Design. Their complementary roles create a smoother experience for homeowners and a clearer path from the earliest ideas to the finished room.
You are never passed from a salesperson to a designer to a project manager who has never heard the full story. Katie and Andy stay personally involved.
