Step 2
What might my project look like, and what will it cost?
Preliminary Proposal
Katie begins shaping the design concept while Andy develops a realistic preliminary budget. This gives you a meaningful picture of the direction and investment before moving deeper into design.
Step 3
How do we finalize everything before construction?
Design Retainer
We refine the plans, cabinetry, materials, fixtures, finishes, scope, and forecasted project duration. Once the construction agreement is signed, scheduling begins, materials are ordered, and the project is prepared for production.
Step 4
How will my remodel be managed?
Construction & Project Management
Andy manages scheduling, material coordination, construction, and trusted trade partners. Katie verifies that the design intent carries through. You know who is responsible and who to call.
Step 5
How do we make sure everything is complete?
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the completed project together, identify any final details, explain the warranty, and share practical maintenance recommendations for the materials and finishes in your new space.
Step 6
Will they still be there after the project is finished?
11-Month Walkthrough
We place the reminder on our calendar. Near the warranty anniversary, we contact you, return to walk the project, discuss normal seasonal movement, and address any warrantable items.
